COURTNEY DRISKELL
Founder & Lead Attorney
Courtney is the founder of Driskell Law and a fierce advocate for women, families, children, and those facing life’s most challenging legal battles. A former prosecutor and State’s Attorney for DHS, Courtney brings deep insight and strategic experience to every case.
Her passion for advocacy extends beyond the courtroom. Courtney actively volunteers with Tulsa Lawyers for Children, making sure vulnerable youth have the legal protection they deserve. She’s also a committed supporter of animal rescue efforts. She earned her Juris Doctor with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law and is admitted to practice in both the Oklahoma state courts and the Eastern District of Oklahoma Federal Court.

CARLIE STOWELL
Office Manager
As the office manager at Driskell Law, Carlie plays a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency. A Bixby native, Carlie combines a detail-oriented mindset with compassion to support both clients and the legal team. She is deeply passionate about the firm’s mission and finds fulfillment in the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Carlie is inspired daily by the team’s commitment to integrity, advocacy, and doing what’s right.
KASADY FOWLER
Paralegal
As a family and criminal law paralegal at Driskell Law, Kasady supports clients through some of the most emotionally and legally complex chapters of their lives. With nearly ten years of experience, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a passion for justice, and a commitment to client care to her work. Kasady is known for her tenacity, whether she’s catching inconsistencies in opposing parties’ claims or finding innovative solutions to strengthen a clients’ case. Most recently, she introduced a new drug testing method that has the potential to greatly improve child safety outcomes—showcasing her proactive approach and dedication to protecting children.

Director of Creative Operations
As director of creative operations at Driskell Law, Kellie Driskell brings energy, organization, and creative vision to the firm’s branding, events, and client experience. A proud Tulsa native, Kellie is passionate about helping the firm reflect the care and professionalism that define its culture. Kellie works closely with Courtney to bring the firm’s creative direction to life, whether that means shaping the brand’s voice, coordinating public-facing events, or ensuring clients feel welcomed and seen. Her dedication stems not only from a deep respect for Courtney’s mission and leadership, but also from a shared belief in the firm’s values of empathy, education and empowerment.
